It is a matter of pride to be a part of the security force: Woman constable told Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai

Today when young friends tell me that we also want to be like you, then I am filled with pride and courage. I want that more and more youth of Bastar should join the security forces and contribute to the security of the country. I am very happy and proud that I am a part of this security force and I have played a role in Naxal operations. The brave woman constable of CRPF Bastariya Battalion shared these things with Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai during his stay at Sedwa Camp in Bastar.

Chief Minister Shri Sai was filled with pride on hearing the confident words of the woman constable of Bastariya Battalion and while praising her said that it is the courage of the soldiers that gives us strength. He said that many daughters of Bastar are working successfully amidst challenges in Naxal operations. There is no comparison to the bravery of our daughters fighting Naxalites in Bastar.
Chief Minister Shri Sai was told that selected soldiers of CRPF are given the opportunity to work in the Cobra Battalion. These soldiers have expertise in Naxal operations and jungle warfare. Referring to the incident that took place during the establishment of the camp in Tekalgudem, the soldiers said that many of our colleagues were injured in the encounter with the Naxalites, but our team fought bravely and succeeded in establishing the camp, due to which the Naxalites had to leave the village and run away.
The soldiers told the Chief Minister about the challenges of Abujhmad. He said that despite facing many challenges in inaccessible areas, the morale of all the soldiers is high. We are deployed in sensitive and highly sensitive areas and we are always ready to deal with all kinds of challenges. Our effort is to make our state Naxal-free. All of us soldiers carry out operations with teamwork. When soldiers get injured during Naxal operations, the team is always ready for their life support. The work of airlifting the soldiers from ground zero to higher medical facilities is also done immediately.

During his Bastar visit, Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai suddenly reached Sedwa Camp in Bastar district to meet the soldiers of CRPF Bastariya Battalion. Here he talked to the soldiers openly and cordially and the soldiers also shared their experiences and challenges in the effort to eradicate Maoist terror while having a cordial conversation with the Chief Minister. Praising the soldiers on this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the success we have achieved against the Naxalites is due to the joint participation of many teams and battalions of police and security forces. Along with this, various departments of local government have also performed their respective responsibilities very well. The Chief Minister said that Naxalites are enemies of humanity. While laying landmines, they do not think at all that these can also take the lives of common people. Many times, even small children fall prey to these landmines. The Chief Minister said that your work is really very challenging, but you people know how to crush every challenge. Today our soldiers are flying the flag of success by eradicating Naxalism even in inaccessible areas like Abujhmad. In the fight against Naxalism, the security forces have presented a wonderful example of organization and coordination before the country.
