Every Marathi person’s dignity and respect will be upheld – Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar

Mumbai : Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar stated in the Legislative Assembly that serious notice has been taken of the incident of assault and injustice against a Marathi person at the Yogi Dham Society in Kalyan. Maharashtra belongs to ‘Shiv-Shahu-Phule Ambedkar.’ If anyone is doing injustice to a Marathi person here, it will not be tolerated. After reviewing the information presented in the House, the concerned official, no matter how high their position, will not be spared if they are guilty of doing injustice to a Marathi person. Strict action will be taken against them. “The dignity and respect of every Marathi person in Maharashtra will be maintained,” said Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, outlining the state government’s position in the Legislative Assembly. He also assured the public of the state that immediate action would be taken in this matter.

The matter of assault and injustice against a Marathi person at the Yogi Dham Society in Kalyan was raised in the Legislative Assembly through a “Point of Information” by MLA Sunil Prabhu. In response, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar provided an answer.
