Dr. Lorrain Lalpekliana Chinzah, Adviser To The Chief Minister, Commemorates Christmas With Several Visits In Lawngtlai District

Lawngtlai : Today, Dr. Lorrain Lalpekliana Chinzah, Adviser to the Chief Minister, along with Lawngtlai East MLA, visited various institutions in Lawngtlai to celebrate Christmas. These included the District Hospital, Lairam Christian Medical Centre & Health (LCMC&H), Christian Hospital Lawngtlai (CHL), Lairam Motherless Home, Lairam Rescue Centre (LRC), District Jail, Police Station, and Traffic Police.

At these institutions, Dr. Chinzah spoke about the importance of improving the quality of care and support for all, particularly for those in need, such as the residents of Lairam Motherless Home. The staff and children at these centers were encouraged to maintain hope and faith, as the Christmas spirit fills the air. Lairam Rescue Centre’s role in rescuing abandoned children and providing them with better futures was particularly highlighted.

Dr. Chinzah also provided an update on progress at the District Jail, emphasizing the need for proper management and the timely completion of necessary infrastructure. Additionally, he spoke with Police and Traffic Police officials about improving public service and addressing the needs of Lawngtlai’s citizens.

As part of the Christmas celebration, donations were made, including the provision of an Oxygen Concentrator (Double Use) at Lairam Motherless Home.

Dr. Chinzah’s efforts were supported by ZPM Legislature Party Leader Pu K. Hre Kung, ZPM Secretary Pu LR. Dingliana Chinzah, and Pu Zonunchama Ralte. The meeting ended on a positive note, with plans for further collaborations to improve the welfare of the people in the region.
