Gorakhpur MP and Bollywood star Ravi Kishan takes a holy dip at Sangam, lauds CM Yogi’s efforts
Mahakumbh Nagar : Ravi Kishan, the Member of Parliament from Gorakhpur and a Bollywood superstar, took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, he expressed his joy, saying, “This Mahakumbh, which has arrived after 144 years, is a great blessing. To make this grand and divine event possible, Maharaj Yogi Ji has initiated significant development works.”
He further added, “This is indeed a divine Mahakumbh, and I feel privileged to experience this sacred bath. Those who have not come to this Maha Kumbh on this auspicious occasion, who have not taken a holy dip at the Sangam, it feels as though their life is incomplete.” He appealed to all citizens of the country to visit Prayagraj and take part in the holy bath at the Sangam.
Ravi Kishan further praised the Yogi government for its extensive preparations for the Mahakumbh. He said that every pilgrim visiting Prayagraj can see the development of the city firsthand. The double-engine government has worked together to transform the entire city of Prayagraj.
This sacred opportunity comes after 144 years, and on this special occasion, he urged every citizen and follower of Sanatan Dharma to come and take a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam. Those who bathe here will earn spiritual merit.
Responding to the questions raised by opposition parties about the seven crore devotees taking a dip in just six days at the Mahakumbh, Ravi Kishan said, “Those who are going to face defeat in 2027 are the ones raising fingers at this grand event. This is an insult to the pilgrims coming for the Mahakumbh and to Sanatan Dharma.”
He further stated, “What further proof is required? Anyone visiting the Mahakumbh can witness the massive crowds firsthand.” Regarding the news of Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi visiting the Mahakumbh, he remarked, “Everyone should come here and take a holy dip.”
