Reflecting on the gravity of the situation, he remarked, “A state whose chief minister is in jail on charges of corruption—what greater misfortune could befall it?” He further highlighted the arrest of a minister under ED investigation, along with the seizure of substantial sums from his associates, as matters of deep concern.

Speaking at the conference organized by the local BJP chapter, Chief Minister Sai emphasized the necessity of a “double engine government” for state development.
