Applications Invited for Various Social Justice Department Awards by February 15
Mumbai : The Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance annually honors registered voluntary organizations and social workers who have made significant contributions to social welfare. For the financial year 2023-24, applications are invited for various awards, including:
- Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Samajbhushan Award
- Sahityaratna Lokshahir Annabhau Sathe Award
- Padma Shri Karmaveer Dadasaheb Gaikwad Award
- Sant Ravidas Award
- Shahu, Phule, Ambedkar Award
- Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Social Justice Excellence Award
Eligible NGOs and individuals interested in applying must submit their applications in the prescribed format along with all required documents to the Assistant Commissioner of Social Welfare of their respective district by February 15, 2025.
The application form is available at the office of the Assistant Commissioner of Social Welfare in each district. Additionally, the official advertisement and application format can be accessed on the department’s website: https://sjsa.maharashtra.gov.in.
