Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the grand temple of Maa Umiya Mata in Tarana, Ujjain district, will not only be a significant religious site but will also be evolved into a major center for cultural and educational activities in future. He expressed confidence that, with the blessings of Maa Umiya, the temple will serve as a source of inspiration for the entire state. Extending his best wishes to the organizers, Dr. Yadav assured them of his wholehearted support, saying, “Even if I am not physically present, I am with you in spirit.” He also announced his intention to visit the temple soon. The Chief Minister participated in the Prana-Pratishtha Mahotsav through video conferencing.
Patidar Community has special identity in de-addiction and agriculture
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav praised the Patidar community for its significant contributions toward de-addiction efforts. He highlighted that the community is not only a leader in agriculture and animal husbandry but also serves as an inspiration to society through its hard work and discipline. He further informed that the Madhya Pradesh government is actively working on new schemes to promote milk production, taking inspiration from the successful dairy model of Gujarat.
Milk production will be boosted in Madhya Pradesh
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announced plans to expand cow rearing in Madhya Pradesh by constructing more cowsheds across the state. He highlighted three key benefits of this initiative: providing farmers with milk-producing cows at affordable prices, increasing milk production, and promoting natural farming through cow rearing. In a major decision for farmers, he said that the Madhya Pradesh Dugdha Sangh will now procure not only buffalo milk but also cow milk. This move is expected to significantly boost farmers’ income and accelerate the growth of the state’s dairy industry, providing a new direction for its development.

Welcoming the large number of devotees and guests from Gujarat in Baba Mahakal’s city, Ujjain, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav praised Gujarat’s significant contributions to the country. Massive devotee turnout at Maa Umiya Pran-Pratishtha Mahotsav
A large number of devotees gathered for the Pran-Pratishtha Mahotsav of Maa Umiya, immersing themselves in a deeply devotional atmosphere filled with bhajans, kirtans, and the chanting of mantras. The event saw the presence of several dignitaries, including Rajya Sabha MP Sushri Kavita Patidar, Tarana MLA Shri Arun Bhimawad, Shri Babubhai Jamnadas Patel of the Patidar community, Umiya Mata Mandir Trust Director Shri Ashok Kataria, along with Shri Ghanshyamji, Shri Jayaramji, Shri Balkrishna Patidar, Sushri Hetal Ben, Sushri Jagriti Ben, and several community members. During the programme, officials from the Patidar community expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav for renaming Maulana village as Vikram Nagar.
