Raipur : The fame of Rajim Kumbh Kalp, held in Chhattisgarh’s Gariaband district, is now spreading internationally. This year, the grand religious event witnessed an unprecedented gathering of devotees, attracting not only pilgrims from across India but also international tourists.

Sinnis, a visitor from the Netherlands, expressed his admiration, saying, “The warmth of the people and the rich culture here have deeply touched me. This is an incredible experience!” Similarly, Jubeto and Patricia from Italy shared their excitement, stating that they had come to India to witness and understand its profound spiritual and religious heritage. “Rajim Kumbh Kalp is a unique confluence of Indian faith and spirituality that has truly mesmerized us,” they added.

Foreign Tourists Awestruck by the Grandeur of Rajim Kumbh

Tourists from the Netherlands, Germany, South Africa, and Italy marveled at the grandeur of Rajim Kumbh Kalp, which spans over 54 acres. They were particularly captivated by the intricate ancient artwork of the Rajiv Lochan Temple and the Kuleshwar Nath Mahadev Temple, situated at the holy Triveni Sangam. Many international visitors also participated in the grand procession of Naga Sadhus on Mahashivratri and explored the fairgrounds on foot. Impressed by the event’s spiritual ambiance and decoration, they enthusiastically remarked, “It’s wonderful!”

Foreign tourists were fascinated by the Naga Sadhus’ procession and the display of martial skills by the Akharas. They also visited the saint congregation area, where they received blessings from various spiritual leaders and learned about the ascetic lifestyle of the Naga Sadhus. Many captured the event’s magnificence through their cameras and even took selfies with fellow attendees.
