Record 5.5 crore public grievances resolved in 8 years under CM Yogi
Lucknow : Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh government has prioritized swift and effective public grievance resolution. This commitment has led to the prompt redressal of over 5.5 crore public complaints in the past eight years of his tenure.
CM Yogi’s dedication to resolving public concerns is evident from his personal involvement through Janata Darshan and department-level initiatives such as the Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) and the Jansunwai Samadhan App. On average, over 6 lakh cases are registered every month through IGRS, with an impressive 98% resolution rate.
From the very beginning of his term, CM Yogi prioritized redressal of public grievances. He personally oversees hearings during Janata Darshan held at his residence, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
So far, 5,57,41,208 cases have been registered through IGRS and the Jansunwai Samadhan App in the last eight years. Of these, 5,52,51,899 have been effectively addressed.
Prompt action under the Integrated Grievance Redressal System has made it possible to maintain a high disposal rate, with nearly 6 lakh fresh cases being logged every month and 98% successfully resolved.
To further strengthen public access, a dedicated helpline number 1076 was launched in 2019, allowing citizens to directly reach the Chief Minister’s office. Additionally, the number 9454404444 was introduced for direct communication with CM Yogi.
These platforms have empowered citizens to share their concerns and suggestions, resulting in the successful resolution of over 98% of public grievances—an achievement that stands as a record in itself.
