<p class="has-text-align-center"><strong>Nutritious Full Meal for Just ₹5 for Workers</strong></p>

<p><strong>Raipur</strong> : Taking another significant step for the welfare of workers, the <strong>Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Shram Ann Kendra</strong> was inaugurated in the <strong>Shanichari Chantidih</strong> area of <strong>Bilaspur city</strong>. MLA <strong>Sushant Shukla</strong> inaugurated this center on the auspicious occasion of <strong>Bhakt Mata Karma Jayanti</strong> and shared a meal with the workers. This <strong>Shram Ann Kendra</strong> will provide <strong>registered workers with a full meal for just ₹5</strong>. Under this initiative, around <strong>700 workers</strong> will receive meals daily. Prior to this, two <strong>Shram Ann Kendras</strong> were already operating in <strong>Vrihaspati Bazaar and Tifra</strong>, benefiting <strong>1,800 workers</strong>. With the launch of this new center, the number of beneficiaries will increase further.</p>

<p>During the inauguration, <strong>MLA Sushant Shukla</strong> stated that the <strong>workers of the Chantidih area had requested a meal center three months ago</strong>, and the demand was fulfilled in a short span under the guidance of <strong>Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai and Labor Minister Lakhanlal Devangan</strong>. He assured the workers that he would personally conduct <strong>surprise inspections to ensure the quality of food</strong>. On this occasion, <strong>Mayor Pooja Vidhani</strong> also addressed the gathering, emphasizing that <strong>workers are directly benefiting from the ‘Triple Engine Government’—the central, state, and local bodies working together</strong>.</p>

<p>Speaking at the event, <strong>Assistant Commissioner of the Labor Department, Jyoti Sharma</strong>, highlighted that many workers <strong>leave home early in search of work, often skipping meals, which affects their health</strong>. Recognizing this issue, the government introduced this scheme, allowing workers to get <strong>nutritious meals for just ₹5</strong> or take <strong>packed food in tiffins</strong>. The <strong>Shram Ann Kendra</strong> will remain open from <strong>8 AM to 11 AM</strong>.</p>

<p>On this occasion, <strong>Labor Inspector Yoshita Sharma</strong> informed workers about other <strong>government welfare schemes</strong>, while <strong>Assistant Labor Officer R.K. Tamhane</strong> expressed gratitude. The event was attended by councilors <strong>Rupali Gupta, Rekha Suryavanshi, Rani Devangan, Rekha Pandey, Manorama Vijay Yadav, former councilor Vishnu Yadav</strong>, and a <strong>large number of public representatives, workers, and local citizens</strong>.</p>
