Regular Public Grievance Hearings at the Chief Minister’s Residence – CM Bhajanlal Sharma Directs Officials for Prompt Redressal of Complaints
Women, differently-abled, and the elderly express satisfaction with the Chief Minister’s sensitivity; swift resolution of issues brings relief to the public
Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma held a public grievance hearing at his residence on Monday. He personally listened to the concerns of every individual present and directed the concerned officials to address these issues promptly.
During the session, he heard grievances related to the Jaipur Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, Public Health and Engineering, Public Works, and Medical Departments, among others. In several cases, he provided immediate relief by resolving issues on the spot. He instructed the officials to visit the locations personally to better understand the ground situation and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
In a notable instance, the Chief Minister directed the hospital administration to provide free treatment and complete care for Jitendra, who is struggling with financial hardship. He also issued instructions to ensure appropriate vending spaces for differently-abled street vendors, offering them much-needed support.
The Chief Minister attentively heard grievances from women, differently-abled individuals, senior citizens, and people from all walks of life. Demonstrating great sensitivity, he instructed officials to resolve the problems of these vulnerable groups on a priority basis and submit a report to the Chief Minister’s Office.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister also unveiled posters of various upcoming religious and social events, extending his best wishes for their successful organization.
