Minister Shekhawat noted, “The construction is in its final phase, and most of the work has been completed. Our aim is to gift the people of Jodhpur this new terminal by Diwali.” He added that once operational, the terminal will increase flight frequency and connect Jodhpur directly to major cities across India.

Jodhpur to Move Towards International Airport Status

Highlighting the presence of institutions like IIT and AIIMS in Jodhpur, the minister emphasized the need for international air connectivity. “Our next goal is to develop Jodhpur into an international airport,” he declared.
