Good Governance Festival: A Government That Cares, Spreading a Breeze of Happiness

Raipur : Under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, the state has launched the “Su-Shasan Tihar” (Good Governance Festival), which has become a symbol of the wide-reaching success of the government’s welfare policies and schemes. The primary objective of this festival is to directly deliver the benefits of government schemes to the people and empower them. The swift resolution of grievances has brought joy to the public. A government that listens and engages with the people is now actively addressing the applications submitted by citizens, and the results are beginning to show.

A New Home for Yugeshwari of Paterapali
Yugeshwari Dhruv, a resident of Paterapali—an attached village of Gram Panchayat Amlidih in the Pithora block of Mahasamund district—submitted an application under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for a permanent house during the Su-Shasan Tihar. Her urgent request was promptly acknowledged by the administration. Under the “Mor Dwar Sahi Sarkar” campaign, the district team immediately visited her residence. A quick survey confirmed her eligibility, and her name was included in the Awas Plus Survey 2.0. Construction of her new house will begin soon. After years of dreaming of a permanent shelter, hope now sparkles in her eyes. What once seemed distant and impossible is now within reach, thanks to this government initiative. Very soon, her dream home will become a reality, not just an aspiration. It is worth noting that the Su-Shasan Tihar is accelerating the delivery of welfare schemes to every citizen. Whether urban or rural, the administration is working with full readiness and commitment to solve public grievances.

Deepa to Benefit from the CM Noni Empowerment Scheme
Meanwhile, during a camp organized under Su-Shasan Tihar 2025, Deepa Sahu, a resident of Ward No. 25, Kumhar Para in Mahasamund, applied for assistance under the Chief Minister’s Noni Empowerment Scheme. Her application (No. 25270180824120) was reviewed, and she was found eligible. The district’s Labour Officer confirmed that Deepa will receive financial assistance of ₹20,000 under the scheme, which will be directly transferred to her bank account via DBT on May 1, 2025. This support will help her continue her education. Deepa aspires to excel academically and become an inspiring teacher, so she can help other young girls understand the importance of education.
