Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath offers prayers at Baba Vishwanath and Kaal Bhairav temples

Varanasi : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Kashi on Monday and offered prayers at the revered Kashi Vishwanath Dham and ‘Kashi Kotwal’ Kaal Bhairav temple. At the sanctum sanctorum of the Kashi Vishwanath temple, the Chief Minister performed a Shodashopachar Puja, praying for the welfare of the people. He also greeted devotees present in the temple premises.

Later, CM Yogi offered traditional prayers at the Kaal Bhairav temple, following all prescribed rituals.

During the visit, Cabinet Minister Anil Rajbhar, MLAs Saurabh Srivastava and Tribhuvan Ram, and Legislative Council member Hansraj Vishwakarma were also present.

As the Chief Minister left the Kaal Bhairav temple, he noticed a group of children nearby. He called them over, inquired about their studies, and handed out chocolates, bringing visible joy to the children, who jumped excitedly.

While returning, the Chief Minister spotted another child preparing lassi at a shop. He approached the child, spoke to him warmly, and encouraged him to focus on his studies. The Chief Minister also handed him a chocolate and interacted with the people sitting at the shop, enquiring about their well-being.
