Tiranga Yatra Held in Charaidand, Jashpur with Patriotic Songs and Enthusiastic Public Participation

Raipur : A grand Tiranga Yatra (tricolor march) soaked in patriotic spirit was organized today at Charaidand in Duldula block of Jashpur district, celebrating the success of “Operation Sindoor.” The march was flagged off by Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai from the village Shiv Temple to the public orchard.

Accompanied by a massive crowd holding the national flag, the Chief Minister was joined by Jashpur MLA Smt. Raymuni Bhagat, Municipal Council Chairman Shri Arvind Bhagat, District Panchayat President Shri Salik Sai, Vice President Shri Shaurya Pratap Singh Judev, Bharat Singh, Shri Vikramaditya Singh Judev, Shri Sunil Gupta, Shri Krishna Rai, Sarguja Commissioner Shri Narendra Kumar Dugga, IG Shri Deepak Jha, Collector Shri Rohit Vyas, SSP Shri Shashi Mohan Singh, District Panchayat CEO Shri Abhishek Kumar, along with public representatives, local body members, officials, citizens, children, and youth.

The march echoed with energetic chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai,” “Vande Mataram,” and “Jai Hind,” creating a deeply patriotic atmosphere. People enthusiastically walked with the tricolor in hand, showing their unity and pride.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai stated, “This march is not only a tribute to our national flag but also a heartfelt homage to our martyrs. It symbolizes our collective commitment to the unity, integrity, and sovereignty of our nation.” He emphasized that under “Operation Sindoor,” Tiranga Yatras were organized simultaneously across the district to instill patriotism among the youth and promote national unity through public participation.

Speaking to the large gathering of youth, women, and citizens, the Chief Minister noted that such massive participation in such a short time reflects the unwavering unity of the people for the nation. He extended his heartfelt thanks to all the participants.

Highlighting the importance of the operation, CM Sai said that under the leadership of the Prime Minister, “Operation Sindoor” achieved unprecedented success. The mission is a tribute to the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country. He recalled the Uri attack and the brave retaliation by the Indian Army and also paid tribute to those martyred, including a braveheart from Chhattisgarh, in the recent cowardly terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, on April 22.

He added that under the strategic leadership of the Prime Minister and Defence Minister, cross-border terrorist camps were successfully dismantled. The Tiranga Yatra saw participation from all sections of society, sending a strong message of a united India standing firm for the national interest.

He concluded by saying that the entire nation applauds the Indian Army’s courageous actions in “Operation Sindoor.” With unmatched bravery, the Army is safeguarding the country’s borders. To honor their valor and to promote national integrity and unity, Tiranga Yatras were conducted across all urban and rural local bodies in the district. People from all walks of life — public representatives, officials, citizens, children, women, youth, and elders — joined the march, expressing their solidarity and respect for the nation.
