11th International Yoga Day: Yoga is Not Just Exercise, but an Art of Healthy Living – Shreya Guha Officials and Trainees at HCM RIPA Practice Yoga to Promote Wellness
Jaipur – In celebration of the 11th International Yoga Day, the Harish Chandra Mathur Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration (HCM RIPA) observed the occasion with enthusiasm under the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.” The program commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Institute Director General Mrs. Shreya Guha.
A large number of officers, trainees, and staff participated in the yoga session, spreading the message of holistic well-being and a healthy lifestyle.
The event also featured a live broadcast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address on the occasion of Yoga Day, which served as a source of inspiration for all participants to embrace yoga as part of their daily lives.
Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Shreya Guha emphasized that yoga is not merely a form of physical exercise, but a profound art of living a healthy life. “Like every year, the HCM RIPA family has performed yoga centered around the core mantra – unity of body, mind, human, and nature,” she said. She urged everyone to make yoga an integral part of their lives.
Under the Common Yoga Protocol prescribed by the Ministry of AYUSH, Yoga Instructor Mrs. Nisha V. Singh led the group through various asanas (yoga postures). The participants engaged in the session with a sense of health, balance, and inner peace, reflecting the true spirit of yoga.
