Chhattisgarh Launches ‘One Click Single Window System 2.0’ to Lead India in Ease of Doing Business
CM Vishnu Deo Sai unveils new industrial roadmap; ₹1.23 lakh crore investment proposals received, over 20,000 jobs to be created
Raipur : Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai inaugurated the One Click Single Window System 2.0 during the Chhattisgarh Industry Dialogue-2 held in Raipur, marking a major step toward making the state India’s foremost destination for investment and industrial growth. Describing Chhattisgarh as the “new growth engine of India,” CM Sai said the state is no longer confined to core sectors but is emerging as a hub for advanced industries such as semiconductors, AI, pharma, defense, aerospace, and green hydrogen.
He said the new industrial policy is centered around employment generation and economic prosperity. With substantial infrastructure reforms and business-friendly policies, Chhattisgarh has transitioned from a region once impacted by Naxalism to a dynamic investment destination.

- ₹1.23 lakh crore in investment proposals received from 11 leading companies.
- 20,627 jobs to be created through new industrial ventures.
- Single Window System 2.0 to provide instant approvals, subsidies, and clearances in a transparent and unified platform.
- Launch of Chhattisgarh Logistics Policy-2025, which aims to position the state as a national logistics hub.

CM Sai highlighted a record-breaking ₹5.5 lakh crore worth of investment proposals received in just six months — a historic milestone for the state. Investment summits held in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru further strengthened investor interest.
Industrial Milestones:
- Polymatech was allocated land and issued NOC within three months for a ₹1,143 crore semiconductor project, aiming to produce 10 billion chips annually.
- Nava Raipur is being developed as the “Silicon Valley of Chhattisgarh.”
Infrastructure Boost:
- Approval granted for ₹3,500 crore railway line between Raoghat and Jagdalpur.
- New rail and waterway connectivity projects in Kothagudem, Kharsia-Parmalakasa, and Sambalpur-Nava Raipur.
- Air cargo services have commenced.
- India’s first AI Data Center Park established in Chhattisgarh.
- Development of Pharma Hub, Medicity, and textile parks with special subsidies.
Development in Bastar & Sarguja:
CM Sai emphasized transformation in previously Naxal-affected Bastar, now witnessing rapid growth.
- 90,000 youth trained, and 40,000+ employed.
- Major push to register Bastar Dussehra for international recognition.
- Tourist sites like Tirathgarh Glass Bridge and Bastar Tourism Circuit are under development.
- Special incentives like royalty reimbursements and subsidies introduced for tribal entrepreneurs.
Empowering the Youth:
The government’s new industrial vision aims to create over 5 lakh jobs in the next five years in sectors like textiles, AI, defense, energy, and medical tourism.
CM Sai invited investors to partner in Chhattisgarh’s development journey and reiterated the government’s full commitment to eliminating Naxalism by March 2026, supported by Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah’s guidance.
