Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Sambal Fortnight – State Government Serving the Poor with Devotion, as Embodiments of Lord Ganesh

Long-Pending Public Issues Being Resolved in Antyodaya Camps
We Have Accomplished More in 1.5 Years Than the Previous Government Did in 5 – Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma

Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma stated that the state government is working tirelessly to improve the lives of 8 crore residents and accelerate Rajasthan’s development. Emphasizing the government’s commitment to service, he said, “We treat the poor as a form of Lord Ganesh and strive to bring them into the mainstream. We are dedicated to realizing Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay’s Antyodaya (upliftment of the last person) vision with complete sincerity.”

Speaking at a public gathering in Giruṛi village, Bansur Assembly Constituency of Kotputli-Behror district on Friday, Shri Sharma noted that this district enjoys proximity to Jaipur, the state capital, and Delhi, the national capital, while also being connected to Mumbai, the economic hub. He highlighted that this agriculturally rich region is also a rising industrial hub, especially with the Nimrana Industrial Area gaining traction among global investors. The thousands of industries in Kotputli-Behror and Nimrana provide employment to locals and contribute significantly to the state’s growth.

₹4,102 Crore Budget Allocated for Kotputli-Behror

The Chief Minister shared that a budget allocation of ₹4,102 crore has been made for the holistic development of Kotputli-Behror district. Numerous works have also been carried out in Bansur constituency. Narayanpur has been declared a municipality, and the Narayanpur CHC has been upgraded to a 50-bed facility.

He detailed major infrastructure projects including:

  • A road from MDR 50 to Nayabas via Kheda, Shyampura, Rasanali, Basdayal, and Bas Shekhawat at a cost of ₹25 crore.
  • A road from Hajipur to Harsora via Guwada, Chula, Bawli ka Bas at over ₹9 crore.
  • A road from Karana to Bilali Stand via Badagaon Bilali at ₹8.5 crore.
  • Additional roads like SH-52 to Neemuchana-Kundli-Karana-Chenpura (₹20 crore+), Harsora-Chhipari-Bhuryavas (₹14 crore), and Ajabpura-Chandpuri (₹12 crore) will also be built or upgraded.

Uplifting the Last Person Is Our Priority

Shri Sharma said the government, inspired by the ideologies of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, is prioritizing the upliftment of the most marginalized. Under the Antyodaya Sambal Fortnight, the camps are resolving land disputes and providing villagers with clear land ownership documents.

He noted significant help being extended to livestock farmers through Mangla Animal Insurance, veterinary care, and vaccination drives.

Under the Poverty-Free Village Scheme, surveys are being conducted in 10,000 villages to identify BPL families and connect them to welfare schemes. Steps are being taken to clean water tanks, provide delayed tap connections, offer free healthcare, and resolve pending NFSA (food security) cases for the needy.

Camps Resolving Long-Pending Issues

The CM said the Antyodaya camps are resolving many long-pending problems of common people. For instance:

  • In Kolahera Gram Panchayat, Babulal’s 20-year-old land partition dispute was resolved.
  • In Mahtawas Panchayat, Lalchand Hukamchand Pisaran and Urmila ji’s property division was completed on-site by mutual consent.
  • In Chimanpura, a 50-year-old name mutation case involving Bhagirath and Hansraj Gurjar was resolved at the camp itself.
