Public welfare is our highest priority, says Chief Minister during grievance redressal session
Jaipur – Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma emphasized that the state government is committed to serving the people with sensitivity and considers public service as its core principle. He stated that the government has developed a robust public grievance redressal system across Rajasthan that ensures timely resolution of complaints and swift delivery of essential services to those in need.
The Chief Minister was speaking during the regular public hearing held at his official residence on Monday. He patiently listened to the concerns of citizens with empathy and directed officials to address each grievance satisfactorily and without delay. He added that government officers must provide basic facilities to the public in a regular and uninterrupted manner in line with the government’s pledge for good governance.
CM Sharma reiterated that public welfare is the topmost priority of the state government. During the hearing, he reviewed and resolved grievances related to departments such as Social Justice and Empowerment, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Agriculture, Home, Revenue, Irrigation, Transport, Animal Husbandry, Jaipur Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, Education, Health, Drinking Water, MGNREGA, and Energy, among others.
A large number of public representatives and citizens were present during the public hearing, reflecting the public’s trust in the government’s transparent and responsive approach to governance.
