56 Posts Approved for Kotba Community Health Centre Due to Chief Minister’s Special Efforts

Administrative sanction of ₹4.37 crore granted for CHC construction; Key specialist positions to be filled soon

Raipur : Thanks to the special efforts of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, significant strides are being made to strengthen healthcare infrastructure in Jashpur district. As part of this initiative, the Kotba Primary Health Centre in Pathalgaon development block has been upgraded to a Community Health Centre (CHC).

To facilitate the construction of the new CHC, the Chief Minister has approved an administrative sanction of ₹4.37 crore. This move is expected to enhance healthcare access for the residents of Kotba and surrounding areas.

In a major boost to healthcare services, the government has sanctioned 56 new posts for the CHC. These include crucial positions such as:

• Surgeon
• Medical Specialist
• Gynecologist
• Pediatrician
• Dental Surgeon
• Medical Officers
• Nursing Sisters
• Lab Technicians
• OT Technicians
• Staff Nurses
• Pharmacists
• Accountants
• Assistant Grade-III
• Dressers
• Ward Boys
• Ayahs (female attendants)
• Attendants

These positions will be filled soon to ensure comprehensive healthcare delivery. Once appointed, the medical staff will help provide quality services to the rural population, meeting both primary and specialist health needs.
