Ayurveda Camps Reaching Villages: 327 Patients Receive Free Treatment So Far

Raipur : The Department of Ayurveda is organizing medical camps in various villages to raise awareness about Ayurveda among rural populations. These camps are providing free treatment and distributing Ayurvedic medicines to those in need. Patients are also being given proper medical advice and dietary guidance.

Ayurvedic Officer Dr. Ajay Nayak stated that the camps are offering information tailored to seasonal needs, including Ayurvedic diet, daily routines, yogasanas, and lifestyle tips, so that people can achieve natural and long-lasting health benefits.

In the month of July alone, 327 patients benefitted from these camps. The patient count included 41 from Ranbhata, 34 from Jiladi, 94 from Bardoli, 61 from Boda, and 97 from Changhori.

At these camps, patients received Ayurvedic medicines, classical formulations, and other patent drugs. Additionally, the Bunga Centre is conducting monthly sessions focused on lifestyle changes, medicinal plant awareness, training for community health workers (Mitanins), regular yoga practice, NCD (non-communicable diseases) screening, and other public awareness initiatives.
