Solar Dual Pump Plants Revived, Relief for Villagers
Complaints regarding non-functional Solar Dual Pump installations in the villages of Ghatkawali (Junapara) and Tusel (Junapara) were received through the Amcho Bastar portal. Acting upon a complaint filed by Ghatkawali resident Shri Padmanag Kashyap, the CREDA district office took immediate action. Under the instructions of CREDA CEO Shri Rajesh Singh Rana, technicians repaired the systems by installing new panels, cables, and structural reinforcements, making them operational again on 28 July 2025.
Similarly, technical issues with the plant installed under the Jal Jeevan Mission in Tusel village were resolved, and the system was restored on 03 August 2025. Repairs included cables, MCBs, switches, etc. These restoration efforts have solved the problem of clean drinking water during the monsoon season, much to the satisfaction and delight of the villagers.
‘Amcho Bastar’ – Easier Complaint Registration and Tracking
Through the Amcho Bastar portal, citizens can file complaints, suggestions, or demands related to various government services such as land, revenue, pensions, ration cards, etc., via website, mobile app, or by scanning the QR code available at Gram Secretariats. This portal is integrated with public grievance camps, Revenue Fortnights, and a public dashboard, ensuring transparency and time-bound resolutions.
A Strong Step Towards Administrative Transparency and Accountability
Amcho Bastar is not just a grievance redressal platform but a centralized, multi-channel, multi-module digital platform that strengthens project monitoring, information dissemination, special campaigns, and public participation in the district. The dashboard includes modules for Revenue Fortnight, Public Grievance Management, Gram Secretariat Management, Deadline Monitoring, and Blood Bank Management.
