State government committed to making cow rearing a profitable business: CM Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav visited the Kerwa Dam Bull Mother Farm. He fed green grass to the cows and also CUDDLED them. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government is making every effort to keep the bovine in Gaushalas (cow shelters). They are being kept in cow shelters so that no cow remains on the roads during the rainy season. Efforts are also on to increase the capacity of cow shelters. CM Dr. Yadav said that efforts are being made to increase the income of farmers and cow herders. The state government is committed to making cow rearing a profitable business. Indigenous breeds are being promoted.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed the officials to make a plan to promote bovine. He discussed about the subsidy on milk and various schemes of the central and state governments. He said that all necessary efforts should be made to benefit the cow farmers.
