Through Rationalization, Single-Teacher Kharga School Gets Two Teachers

Improvement in Teaching Quality Brings Smiles to Students and Parents

Raipur, Sept 2025 – The rationalization of education has brought positive changes to schools that were previously without teachers or functioning with only a single teacher. As a result of rationalization, no school is now left without teachers. Schools that earlier had only one teacher have now been provided with additional faculty, leading to an improvement in the quality of education.

In Kharga, a small village under Kota development block of Bilaspur district, the primary school earlier functioned with only one teacher. With the rationalization carried out under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, the school has now been allotted two teachers, significantly improving the learning environment. For the past few years, the school had only one teacher, which hampered the education of children. However, the state government’s rationalization initiative has transformed the future of these students, bringing joy to parents who have expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai.

Earlier, only one teacher, Santosh Khande, was managing the entire school. Now, with the rationalization process, teacher Mukesh Kumar Yadav has also been appointed. With two teachers in place, the quality of education has improved, and children are now also being engaged in extracurricular activities, much to the delight of both students and parents.

Parent Mrs. Dhankumari shared that her child, who studies in Class 3, is learning much better after the appointment of two teachers. Similarly, other parents, including Rajendra Chaturvedi, Shravan Kumar, and Anil Kurre, said that the appointment of two teachers has greatly benefited the children’s education. They noted that students are happier and more focused on their studies, and they thanked Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai for this positive step.

The children themselves also expressed happiness, saying that having two teachers now allows them to study different subjects properly, something that was difficult when there was only one teacher. Student Aradhya Manhar said that with two teachers, they are now receiving proper education in all subjects.
