Deputy CM Diya Kumari Inaugurates B2B Meetings and Expo on Second Day of RDTM 2025

Jaipur, Sept 2025 :Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari inaugurated the B2B meetings and expo on the second day of the three-day Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) 2025 at B.M. Birla Convention Centre on Saturday. The event is jointly organized by the Federation of Hospitality and Tourism of Rajasthan (FHTR) and the Rajasthan Tourism Department.

Diya Kumari was welcomed by Tourism Commissioner Rukmani Riar and FHTR President Kuldeep Singh Chandela. After inaugurating the expo, the Deputy CM visited the exhibition stalls and congratulated both the Tourism Department and FHTR for hosting such a grand event.
Speaking on the occasion, Diya Kumari said that such programs will give a strong boost to tourism and highlighted that the state government will work in collaboration with the private sector to further promote the industry.
“Our goal is to attract the maximum number of tourists to Rajasthan. For this, the state government is committed to developing necessary facilities. A budget of ₹5,000 crore has been earmarked for tourism infrastructure projects. Along with this, technical measures are being taken to ensure tourist safety and convenience, including the launch of a dedicated tourism app,” she announced.
She also emphasized the importance of marketing in today’s age, stating, “The Rajasthan government and Tourism Department are actively working on marketing and branding the state. By showcasing Rajasthan’s historical heritage, art, and culture through media and social media platforms, we can establish new milestones in the tourism sector.”
The event was graced by the presence of Tourism Commissioner Rukmani Riar, FHTR President Kuldeep Singh Chandela, FHTR General Secretary CA Virendra S. Shekhawat, Senior Vice President Surendra S. Shahpura, and several other dignitaries.
