MoU Signed Between Veterinary University, Jobner (Jaipur) and BITS Pilani

Jaipur, Sept 2025 : An MoU was signed on Monday between Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (RAJUVAS), Jobner, and Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Tribhuvan Sharma, Vice-Chancellor of RAJUVAS, Jobner, and Prof. V. Ramgopal Rao, Vice-Chancellor of BITS, Pilani.

Under this Memorandum of Understanding, the Regional Technology Enabling Centre, established at BITS Pilani by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, and RAJUVAS will collaborate in several areas, including:

• Innovation management and promotion,
• Technology development,
• Capacity building for commercialization,
• Skill development and training,
• Joint workshops,
• Networking and outreach, and
• Cluster development activities.

On this occasion, Prof. Balwant Natthuji Meshram, Director (Research) of RAJUVAS, Prof. Sudhir Kumar Barai, Director of BITS Pilani, and Col. (Retd.) Somyabrata Chakraborty, Registrar, were also present.
