State Government Developing Lord Krishna’s Heritage as Pilgrimage Sites: CM Dr. Yadav
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the state government is preserving memories associated with Lord Shri Krishna and developing related sites as pilgrimage destinations. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India is experiencing a favorable period, with decisive actions being taken in the national interest and the country’s global prestige steadily rising. CM Dr. Yadav was addressing a program held in Vrindavan on Sunday.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that he had arrived on the sacred land of Lord Krishna, where the divine pastimes of Shri Krishna come to mind, which remain relevant even today. Lord Krishna taught a broad
vision and generosity towards the poor. Events like his education at Sandipani Ashram, friendship with Sudama, marriage to Rukmini and receiving the Sudarshan Chakra from Lord Parashurama took place on MP’s soil, making Madhya Pradesh a land that also reflects the joys of Gokul.
CM Dr. Yadav visited Keshav Nagar in Vrindavan Dham, attended the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha by Sadhvi Saraswati Didi, and received her blessings. Sadhvi Saraswati Didi appreciated CM Dr. Yadav’s initiatives in Madhya Pradesh, including cow protection, development of Krishna Path, installation of the Vedic Clock, and efforts to familiarise the youth with Indian culture. On behalf of Sadhvi Saraswati Foundation, Vrindavan, she presented a cheque of ₹11 lakh towards the Soldiers’ Welfare Fund to the Chief Minister. CM Dr. Yadav added another ₹11 lakh from the Madhya Pradesh government, bringing the total contribution to ₹22 lakh.
CM Dr. Yadav Pays Tribute to Late Shri Janak Singh Sisodia
The Chief Minister visited the village of Bakanda near Agra to pay tribute to Shri Janak Singh Sisodia, father of RSS Madhya Kshetra “Kshetra Seva Pramukh” Shri Om Prakash Sisodia,
who had recently passed away. CM Dr. Yadav also planted a sapling at the memorial site of Shri Janak Singh Sisodia in Bakanda, Agra.
At Agra Airport, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Ministers Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya and Shri Brajesh Pathak accorded a warm welcome to CM Dr. Yadav, who expressed his heartfelt gratitude. Minister for New and Renewable Energy Shri Rakesh Shukla accompanied the Chief Minister. Upon his arrival in Vrindavan, CM Dr. Yadav was welcomed by several public representatives and senior administrative officers of Uttar Pradesh with bouquets of flowers.
