MP Secures Lowest Per-Unit Electricity Rate via e-Reverse Auction : CM Dr. Yadav
Sept 2025 : Deputy Chief Minister Shri Jagdish Devda felicitated CM Dr. Mohan Yadav with a bouquet and congratulations before the Cabinet meeting on the occasion of the National E-Governance Gold Award 2025 for Sampada-2. Tribal Affairs Minister Dr. Kunwar Vijay Shah, Urban Development & Housing Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, Panchayat & Rural Development Minister Shri Prahlad Patel, Revenue Minister Shri Karan Singh Verma, and all other ministers also congratulated the Chief Minister.
CM Dr. Yadav highlighted that through Sampada-2, Madhya Pradesh has become a national leader in implementing the paperless, faceless registration process in his address at the Cabinet meeting. It is the first state in the country to implement the e-registration system, providing citizens with a secure and simple registration facility without visiting government offices. This system marks a major achievement in realising the vision of Digital India. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also directed a special focus on cleanliness in hospitals and instructed cleanliness campaigns across all district hospitals as part of the ‘Seva Pakhwada’.
Electricity at ₹2.70 per Unit through Renewable Energy
CM Dr. Yadav stated that during the Service Fortnight, the state achieved a significant milestone in the renewable energy sector. Through the first solar-plus-storage project in Morena, electricity will be available at ₹2.70 per unit. This per-unit rate, obtained through the e-reverse auction process, is the lowest in the country.
Madhya Pradesh Tourism Wins Four National Awards
CM Dr. Yadav congratulated Madhya Pradesh Tourism for receiving four national-level awards. The KidZania Experience Center, an innovation by MP Tourism, won the Medex Gold Award in the categories of Best Experiential Marketing Campaign and Best Travel & Tourism Marketing Campaign. Additionally, the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board received the Best State Tourism Board Award and the Golden Banyan Award.
PM Mitra Park: National-Level Development and Investment
CM Dr. Yadav expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for the gift of PM Mitra Park, which will be developed over 2,158 acres with world-class facilities. Leading textile companies have proposed investments of ₹23,146 crore, which will generate employment for approximately 3 lakh people and benefit farmers through the expansion of cotton-based industries.

CM Dr. Yadav highlighted several initiatives launched under PM Modi’s leadership, including ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar’ and Poshan Abhiyan, starting from Bhaisola Dhar, the Launch of ‘Ek Bagiya Maa Ke Naam’ campaign, Awareness programs on maternal and child health via Suman Sakhi Chatbot, Distribution of 1 crore sickle cell screening & counseling cards and Transfer of over ₹400 crore to the accounts of 15 lakh beneficiary women under the PM Matru Vandana Yojana.
