Prime Minister Narendra Modi Gifts the Nation with Historic NextGen GST

Raipur, Sept 2025 : In Arang, Cabinet Minister of Chhattisgarh Government, Shri Guru Khushwant Saheb, celebrated the Savings Festival with fellow traders and citizens.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given a historic gift to the people of the country in the form of NextGen GST (GST 2.0). Following this decision, a festival-like atmosphere of GST Savings Celebrations is being observed across the nation. As part of this, Shri Guru Khushwant Saheb warmly interacted with traders and residents during the program organized in Arang. On the occasion of the new GST rates coming into effect, he greeted everyone by presenting a lotus flower as a token of good wishes.

Shri Guru Khushwant Saheb stated that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, along with Chhattisgarh’s double-engine government, has provided great relief to the people of the country and the state. This decision will not only put more savings in the pockets of common citizens but will also infuse new energy into trade and strengthen the economy.

The faces of traders and customers present at the venue reflected immense joy over the savings. Everyone expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and to Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr. Vishnudev Sai’s government, calling it a historic decision.

On this occasion, public representatives, party workers, traders, and distinguished citizens were present in large numbers.
