Chief Minister Reviews Urban Service Camps in Bhilwara and Hamirgarh – Urges Citizens to Benefit Fully and Help Others Access Services

Jaipur Sept 2025 : Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma reviewed the ongoing urban service camps organized in Bhilwara Municipal Corporation and Hamirgarh Municipality. He highlighted that these camps, running across the state from 17 September to 17 October, provide all government facilities and services under one roof, ensuring even people at the grassroots level receive benefits. He urged citizens to actively participate, avail themselves of the schemes, and assist others in accessing these services.

Addressing a public gathering at the camp premises, Shri Sharma noted Bhilwara’s rich heritage and the inspirational legacy of its warriors and saints. He emphasized that the camps are part of the nationwide service fortnight initiated on Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s birthday, promoting social service beyond politics. The Chief Minister remarked that India is gaining a new global identity, progressing in GDP growth, digital economy, startups, and attracting foreign investment due to business-friendly policies.

Shri Sharma explained that the camps operationalize the vision of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya and Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar by ensuring that benefits reach the last person in society. Citizens can access services ranging from birth and death certificates to caste and income certificates, as well as pensions, ration cards, road maintenance, and city sanitation – providing immediate relief to residents.

Highlighting the contrast with the previous government, Shri Sharma said corruption and paper leaks had hampered youth aspirations. Today, farmers are honored, the poor and women empowered through various schemes, and job opportunities are regularly provided with no paper leaks in the past two years. He also mentioned the new law on religious conversion to prevent coercion or financial inducement.

After the camp visit, the Chief Minister interacted with citizens and traders in Sadar Bazaar under the “Saving Celebration Campaign” following GST slab relief, where many expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for the rate reductions.

Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa stated that under Shri Sharma’s leadership, the urban service camps during the service fortnight are being closely monitored, enabling citizens to access government services from their homes.

During the visit, Shri Sharma distributed cheques and land pattas to beneficiaries, interacted with the public, and reviewed camp operations. Several MPs, MLAs, local officials, and a large number of citizens attended the event, including Shri Damodar Agrawal, Shri Gopal Khandelwal, Shri Ashok Kothari, Shri Laduram Pitalia, and Shri Udaylal Bhardana.
