“Mann Ki Baat brings new energy, reaching schemes to every household is our priority”: Minister Laxmi Rajwade
Raipur, Sept 2025 : The 126th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular monthly radio program “Mann Ki Baat” was listened to with great enthusiasm across the state today. Minister for Women & Child Development and Social Welfare, Mrs. Laxmi Rajwade, joined the broadcast at her Birpur residence office along with public representatives and local citizens.
In his address, Prime Minister Modi said that the festive season has begun in the country, with Navratri, Dussehra, Diwali, and Chhath Puja being celebrated with devotion and joy nationwide. He highlighted that this Vijayadashami marks the centenary year of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), whose volunteers have consistently contributed to nation-building through service in times of crisis.
The Prime Minister also expressed deep condolences on the demise of Assam’s popular singer Zubeen Garg, calling him a priceless cultural treasure. He further urged citizens to buy khadi on Gandhi Jayanti and remember the contributions of Maharishi Valmiki on his birth anniversary on October 7.
After the program, Minister Rajwade said, “The Prime Minister has reminded us of the importance of culture, tradition, and national service. This program connects students, women, youth, and elders directly with the Prime Minister, giving new inspiration.”
She added that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, it is the state government’s priority to take central and state welfare schemes to every household and ensure that the benefits reach the common people. “The government is working with complete dedication and commitment in the service of the citizens,” she affirmed.
