Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Lakshmi Rajwade Pays Courtesy Call on Governor Ramen Deka

Raipur, Oct 2025 : Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Lakshmi Rajwade paid a courtesy visit to Governor Shri Ramen Deka at the Vishram Bhavan in Pratappur.

During the meeting, Minister Smt. Rajwade apprised the Governor of the department’s ongoing activities and various women and child welfare schemes being implemented across the state.

Governor Shri Deka appreciated the efforts of the department toward women’s empowerment and child welfare and extended his best wishes for the continued effective implementation of these initiatives.

The Governor and the Minister also discussed the Poshan Abhiyan, strengthening of Anganwadi services, and the positive impact of the Mahatari Vandan Yojana.
