Charge of higher post given on vacant posts of educational cadre

In order to give charge of higher posts to Assistant Teacher, Primary Teacher, Higher Category Teacher, Secondary Teacher, Lecturer Higher Secondary School, Higher Secondary Teacher and Principal High School of the educational cadre working in government schools run under the School Education Department the seniority list of public servants of the concerned cadre has been issued. On the basis of the seniority list issued by the department, higher post charge is being given to eligible public servants. For this, the process of online counselling is being undertaken by the department. The work of counselling has been going on continuously since July this year. So far, online counselling has been done to provide higher post charge to 13 thousand public servants.

Before counselling, the public servants have been given a school-wise list of vacant and available posts. Public servants of the cadre are giving consent after selecting the school under online counselling. Teachers are being allotted schools on the basis of the selected option. This process is being completed with transparency. The counselling work will be completed by August 10. Higher post charge has been given as per eligibility in the counselling. After getting approval from the department on that list, online orders will be issued to the eligible applicants.Quality of education will improve

Following the counselling work, after the teachers take charge, there will be qualitative improvement in the education of government schools. According to this policy, last year more than 11 thousand public servants of the educational cadre got the benefit of higher post charge on the basis of the option given by them.
