Appeal to Spread Anti-Corruption Message During Vigilance Awareness Week

Mumbai, Oct 2025 : The Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) will observe Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 across the country from October 27 to November 2, 2025.

Describing corruption as the biggest obstacle to development, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has emphasized that initiatives like Vigilance Awareness Week should not be limited to a single week but should continue regularly throughout the year to prevent damage to society.

The department has urged that if any state government officer or employee is found engaging in corruption or accepting bribes, citizens should immediately contact the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Greater Mumbai Division, Mumbai.

Additional Commissioner of Police (Anti-Corruption Bureau), Sandeep Diwan, has appealed to citizens, as well as officers and employees in both government and private sectors, to actively cooperate in the prevention of corruption and to help spread the message of transparency and integrity during Vigilance Awareness Week.
