Resolve Citizens’ Issues Urgently – Guardian Minister Hasan Mushrif

Kolhapur : Most complaint applications are from the Revenue, Police, and Municipal Corporation departments. Help the complainant immediately if the application can be resolved; otherwise, inform them in writing that the work will not be done and specify the rules. Guardian Minister Hasan Mushrif instructed the administration not to delay processing applications. Democracy Day and Janata Darbar were held on the first Monday of the month at Tararani Hall in the Collectorate, chaired by Guardian Minister Hasan Mushrif and attended by senior officials.

On this occasion, Guardian Minister Mushrif directed the officers present to prioritize solving the problems of citizens attending Democracy Day and Janata Darbar. Yashovardhan Baramatikar, on behalf of Siddhagiri Gurukul Foundation and Siddhagiri Math Kaneri, presented an eco-friendly Ganesha idol to the Guardian Minister and dignitaries.

Collector Amol Yedge, Superintendent of Police Mahendra Pandit, Chief Executive Officer Karthikeyan S., Ichalkaranji Municipal Commissioner Omprakash Divte, Additional Collector Sanjay Shinde, Deputy Conservator of Forests Guruprasad, Principal of Medical College Dr. Satyawan More, Resident Deputy Collector Sanjay Teli, Additional Commissioner Kolhapur Municipal Corporation Rahul Rokade, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Arun Jadhav, along with department heads and numerous applicants, were present. The District Collector welcomed Guardian Minister Mushrif and suggested timely acceptance and resolution of citizens’ complaints.

In this Janata Darbar, 263 applications were filed. The Collector instructed the concerned administration heads to take necessary action and resolve all future cases promptly.

Of the 1906 applications received in the last 7 Janata Durbars, 1831 have been resolved. This includes 240 out of 245 applications resolved in the collector’s office, 440 out of 455 in tehsil and sub-divisional offices, and 1151 out of 1206 in other district departments. Currently, 77 applications are still pending.
