India, the World’s Largest Democracy, Continues to Progress with Faith in the Constitution: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai

Raipur, Nov 2025 : On the occasion of the 75th Constitution Day, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai participated in the event titled “Hamāra Samvidhān, Hamāra Swabhimān” held at the Town Hall in Raipur. He joined the public gathering in the collective reading of the Preamble to the Constitution and expressed his commitment and respect toward it. During the programme, the Chief Minister also visited an exhibition based on the Constitution, watched a short film, and clicked selfies with public representatives to mark the significance of the day.

Chief Minister Sai said that India, the world’s largest democracy, has always progressed with unwavering faith in its Constitution. The Constitution grants every citizen the right to express their views freely and ensures freedom of expression. He added that the ability of ordinary citizens to rise to roles such as MLAs and MPs is a direct result of the Constitution’s liberal, inclusive, and democratic framework.

Reflecting on the Constituent Assembly, the Chief Minister recalled the invaluable contributions of representatives from all parts of the country who shaped the Constitution. He especially remembered the distinguished personalities from Chhattisgarh who played an important role in drafting India’s Constitution. He said their historical contribution remains a source of pride, and their thoughtful vision, democratic values, and nation-building spirit continue to inspire future generations.

The event was attended by MLA Rajesh Munat, MLA Purandar Mishra, MLA Sunil Soni, Secretary of the Culture Department Dr. Rohit Yadav, along with a large number of intellectuals and prominent citizens.
