CM Sharma Holds Key Meeting with Union Minister on Farmers and Livestock Welfare

Jaipur, Dec 2025 : Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma held an important meeting in New Delhi on Tuesday with Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Dairy, and Panchayati Raj Shri Rajeev Ranjan Singh. The discussion focused on key issues concerning the welfare of Rajasthan’s farmers and livestock rearers, as well as the state’s overall development. Both leaders also reviewed the progress of central schemes and strategies to accelerate the development journey of Panchayati Raj institutions. During the meeting, Shri Sharma expressed gratitude to the Union Minister for supporting the establishment of Atal Knowledge Centers in the state.

After the meeting, the Chief Minister told reporters that Rajasthan’s double-engine government is committed to rapid development. He highlighted that the state is taking proactive steps to promote camel milk and related products in national and international markets, strengthening the state’s economy.

Shri Sharma also noted that various initiatives are ongoing to support the livestock and dairy sectors. The state and central governments are implementing policies to increase farmers’ incomes and promote welfare for the poor while consistently making people-centric decisions.
