Inauguration of Armed Forces Flag Day Fund Collection by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis Tomorrow

Nagpur, Dec 2025 : The Armed Forces Flag Day Fund is collected for the welfare of soldiers who risk their lives and, when required, make the supreme sacrifice for the defense of the nation. This year’s Armed Forces Flag Day Fund collection will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Monday, December 8, at 9.30 a.m.

The program will be held at the Chief Minister’s residence, Ramgiri. The special event is being organized by the Nagpur District Soldiers’ Welfare Office. Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Tourism and Mining Minister Shambhuraj Desai, and Minister of State for Finance and Planning Adv. Ashish Jaiswal will be present on the occasion.

Nagpur Divisional Commissioner Vijayalakshmi Bidari, along with several other dignitaries, will also be in attendance, said District Soldiers’ Welfare Officer Major Anand Pathrakar.
