CM Bhajanlal Sharma Conducts Surprise Inspection of Rajasthan Contact Helpline 181, Resolves Complaints On Spot
Jaipur, Dec 2025 : Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma demonstrated his responsiveness to public issues on Monday during a surprise visit to the Rajasthan Contact Helpline 181. While visiting the Secretariat, the CM stopped at the library building where two callers—Sudhir from Navalgadh (Jhunjhunu) and Nemichand from Kotputli-Behror—were being assisted. The CM personally spoke with both complainants and ensured immediate resolution of their problems, bringing smiles to their faces.
During the call, Sudhir reported that a pole obstructing traffic had been left in the middle of a road constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana near his house. The CM instructed officials to remove the pole, and the concerned collector quickly complied, resolving the issue.
Nemichand highlighted that a drain in Ward No. 29 of Gokulpur village was clogged, causing stagnant water on the road and posing a health risk. The CM directed immediate action, and the collector ensured the drain was cleaned promptly.
Officials briefed the CM on the helpline’s operations, complaint registration system, and follow-up procedures. The CM emphasized that the government prioritizes public service, ensuring citizens can register grievances from home and receive quick solutions. He urged enhanced monitoring of complaints on the contact portal to guarantee timely resolution and relief to the public.
During the visit, CM Sharma personally attended calls and resolved complaints to better understand and improve the helpline system.
