On Completion of Two Years, Government Committed to Improving Every Citizen’s Quality of Life: District In-Charge Minister
Jaipur, December 2025 : Marking the completion of two years of the state government, District In-Charge Minister for Phalodi, Madan Dilawar, addressed a press conference on Thursday at the IGNP Guest House in Phalodi. He outlined the government’s achievements over the past two years and highlighted key development works undertaken in the district.
He stated that the state government has identified four priority groups for Rajasthan’s progress: youth, women, farmers, and the poor. These groups are being supported through various government schemes. The Rajasthan government is committed to transforming the state into a developed category. To achieve this, the “double-engine” government is carrying out rapid development initiatives across the state. He added that the government has set a target of providing four lakh jobs in five years, out of which 92,000 appointment letters have already been issued.
Several initiatives have been undertaken in Phalodi district to strengthen infrastructure, enhance public services, and ensure balanced development of rural and urban areas. Lohawat Sub-District Hospital has been upgraded to a District Hospital. Similarly, the Dechu Community Health Centre has been upgraded to a Sub-District Hospital.
He informed that an agricultural produce market has been established at Bapini (Lohawat). An Anti-Romeo Squad has been formed in the district. Five new Anganwadi centres have been started in each assembly constituency. Land has been allotted for the construction of the Harbuji Panorama in Baingti. The veterinary hospital at Bawadikhurd has been upgraded to a First-Class Veterinary Hospital. A District and Sessions Court, as well as a Senior Civil Judge-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, have been set up in Phalodi.
Road strengthening works are progressing rapidly in Phalodi district. The widening and strengthening of the Punasar–Chadi road (8 km), costing ₹10 crore, has begun. Construction has started on the Nausar–Chautina Bera–Pooniyon ki Dhani road (4.5 km), costing ₹1.5 crore.
Additionally, a 1.5-km road from Gram Panchayat Nausar, Pooniyon ki Dhani Chautina Bera to Guru Jambheshwar Temple is under construction at a cost of ₹50 lakh. A 3-km road from Karnipura Padiyal Kadela ki Dhani to Maharaj ki Dukaan has begun at a cost of ₹1 crore. A 12-km double road from Bhojasar to Padiyal village is underway at a cost of ₹14 crore.
The In-Charge Minister said the state government is committed to improving the standard of living for every citizen. In the coming years, decisive steps will be taken to make Rajasthan a developed and self-reliant state through new development projects, welfare schemes, and expansion of resources.
