MoU Signed Between Rajeevika and Manjari Foundation — A New Milestone in Empowering Women-Led Rural Enterprises

Jaipur, December 2025 : A significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Thursday between the Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (Rajeevika) and the Manjari Foundation. This partnership marks an important step toward strengthening, organizing, and making women-led enterprises in rural areas more market-oriented and competitive.

The program was chaired by Shreya Guha, Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development Department. The MoU was formally exchanged between Neha Giri, State Mission Director, Rajeevika, and Sanjay Kumar, Executive Director, Manjari Foundation. Also present on the occasion were Preeti Singh, Project Director (Admin), Rajeevika, State Project Managers of Rajeevika, and senior officials from both Rajeevika and the Manjari Foundation.

Under the collaborative model presented by the Manjari Foundation, women-led enterprises will receive advanced training across multiple areas including institutional development, leadership skills, production quality, packaging, branding, digital marketing, market linkages, and regulatory compliance. This support will play a crucial role in enhancing competitiveness, expanding market reach, and establishing strong business identities for these enterprises.

As part of the MoU, 10–12 enterprises from across the state will be selected and strengthened over a five-year phased program through specialized training sessions, expert mentorship, and market-oriented strategies. The initiative is expected to significantly improve production efficiency, brand recognition, and overall sales growth.

The collaboration between Rajeevika and the Manjari Foundation is poised to become a transformative step in empowering Rajasthan’s rural women, enabling them to become capable, self-reliant, and future-ready entrepreneurs.
