Implement Public Service Rights Act with Sensitivity: State Service Rights Commissioner N. Rambabu
Buldhana, December 2025: State Service Rights Commissioner, Amravati, N. Rambabu, instructed department heads to implement the Public Service Rights Act with sensitivity.
Commissioner N. Rambabu was on a district visit to Buldhana on Wednesday, during which he reviewed the public services provided by various departments. Speaking at the meeting, he emphasized the importance of ensuring that citizens fully benefit from the services available under the Act.
The meeting was attended by District Collector Dr. Kiran Patil, Chief Conservator of Forests Saroj Gawas, Deputy Superintendent of Police Amol Gaikwad, Resident Sub-Divisional Officer Suresh Kawale, District Rehabilitation Officer Sadashiv Shelar, and heads of various departments.
Commissioner Rambabu stated that the government provides various citizen-centric services under the Public Service Rights Act at both the central and state levels. Since government officials and employees are paid from public tax revenues, it is the administration’s responsibility—and moral duty—to ensure that citizens receive these services effectively.
Review of Departmental Reforms:
While visiting the administration, Commissioner N. Rambabu also reviewed reforms within offices and departments. He urged officials to submit proposals from their respective divisions regarding departmental plans, operational methods, and other reforms to improve service delivery.
