Over 40 Real Estate Groups from Ahmedabad–Gandhinagar Participate in Property Fest Organized by National Real Estate Development Council
Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel visited the Property Fest organized by the National Real Estate Development Council, Gujarat (NAREDCO) at Ognaj in Ahmedabad.
With Ahmedabad–Gujarat being selected to host the Commonwealth Games 2030, such events will create new dimensions of parallel infrastructural development in the real estate sector.
In particular, due to major projects like GIFT City, Dholera SIR, and Metro Rail, Gujarat has witnessed unprecedented progress in the fields of real estate and infrastructure.
In this context, the real estate sector will also play a significant role in achieving the goal of “Viksit Gujarat for Viksit Bharat.”
On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel and other dignitaries visited various stalls set up by real estate groups at the Property Fest and gained detailed information about modern construction and urban development projects.
The three-day Property Fest, organized by NAREDCO Gujarat, began on the 19th, and around 41 real estate groups have set up stalls.
Over these three days, investors, homebuyers, and many individuals interested in property visited the fest.
NAREDCO Gujarat Chairman Suresh Patel, President Yogesh Bhavsar, Secretary Deepak Patel, office bearers, real estate professionals, and visitors were present in large numbers at the event.
