Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that roads are the foundation of development and prosperity of an area. Roads pave the way for prosperity in an area. On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Utsav and Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, Hatpipliya is receiving a major development gift. The 32-kilometre-long Rajoda-Keloud-Double Chowki Road, being constructed at a cost of about Rs 98 crore, will connect Hatpipliya with Dewas, Indore and Betul. The road will start from Rajoda, pass through Keloud and connect with the Indore-Betul National Highway at Double Chowki village. It will make travel to and from Indore and Betul easier for residents of the area. Around 70,000 rural residents of about 25 villages in the area will benefit from the road. The distance for travelling to and from Dewas district headquarters will be reduced by about 40 to 45 kilometres.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav virtually addressed the Bhoomi Pujan programme for the Rajoda-Keloud-Double Chowki Road, held at Keloud village in Hatpipliya Assembly constituency of Dewas district, from the Chief Minister’s residence. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Jagdish Devda, Hatpipliya MLA Shri Manoj Choudhary and Khategaon MLA Shri Ashish Sharma were present at the programme held at Keloud village. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated and extended best wishes to MLA Shri Manoj Choudhary on his birthday.
Everyone Should Participate in Seva Sankalp Abhiyan
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav announced the construction of the Sukhliya-Tigariya Road as a development gift for people of the area. This approximately 12-kilometre-long road will be constructed at a cost of Rs 1,140 lakh. More than 20,000 rural residents of 20 villages will benefit from it. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in July, an excellent Sandipani School building was provided for students of Sannod. The state government will leave no stone unturned for the development of Hatpipliya. He said that in accordance with the resolve of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the spirit of ‘Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas’ is being realised in the state. The state government is getting 50 lakh rural records registered free of cost across the state under the Swamitva Yojana. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav called upon all mothers, sisters, youth and elderly people to join the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.
District Panchayat President of Dewas, Shrimati Leelabai Bherulal Atariya, District President Shri Raisingh Sendhav and other public representatives were present at the programme held at Keloud village.
