Dr. Bhalchandra Mungekar to be Interviewed on ‘Jai Maharashtra’ Program on December 3

Mumbai : In the ‘Jai Maharashtra’ program produced by the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, a special interview with Dr. Bhalchandra Lakshman Mungekar, an economist, educationist, and scholar of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s ideas, will be aired on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 8:00 PM on Doordarshan’s Sahyadri Channel. The interview will focus on the topic “Social and Economic Thoughts of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar” in connection with the ‘Mahaparinirvan Day’ celebration.

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was an economist, philosopher, and social reformer who, after considering the holistic development of every section of society, wrote the country’s Constitution and gave India a comprehensive framework. For his contributions in various fields, he is also referred to as the “Architect of Modern India.” In this context, Dr. Bhalchandra Mungekar will discuss Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s invaluable work on the ‘Jai Maharashtra’ program.
