Chief Minister to Flag Off ‘Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train’
Mumbai : Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will flag off the “Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train” tomorrow, a special initiative aimed at offering passengers a rich and immersive experience of the glorious history and legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The train is scheduled to depart at 6:30 AM on June 9, 2025, from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT).
Jointly organized by the IRCTC, Ministry of Railways, and the Government of Maharashtra, this special five-day journey includes visits to some of the most iconic and historically significant sites in the state. The itinerary features destinations such as Raigad Fort, Shivneri Fort, Pratapgad Fort, Panhala Fort, Lal Mahal, Kasba Ganapati Temple, and Shivsrushti.
