Delegation from Seraj and Drang Assembly Constituencies calls on CM

A delegation from the Seraj and Drang Assembly constituencies, led by Vijay Pal Singh, Member of the H.P Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission, called on Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu at his official residence, Oak Over, on Monday late evening and apprised him of their various demands.

The delegation expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for opening the office of the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board at Balichowki in the Seraj constituency, noting that this would benefit people of both Seraj and Drang.

They urged the Chief Minister to reconsider the decision to shift the Public Works Department’s Division office from Thalout to Pandoh, pointing out that the office serves people from both constituencies and should therefore remain at Thalout.

The Chief Minister assured the delegation of appropriate action.
