CM Dr. Yadav Offers Prayers at Maa Danteshwari Temple in Dantewada for “Sarvkalyan”

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav participated in the Central Zonal Council meeting and various other activities during his two-day visit to Chhattisgarh. On the first day of the visit, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav met citizens and public representatives in Jagdalpur. He also held discussions with Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah and the Chief Ministers of Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. On Tuesday, the second day of the visit, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav participated in the Central Zonal Council meeting.

Appreciates Art and Culture of Chhattisgarh

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav witnessed traditional folk dances and other cultural performances in Bastar and also visited exhibitions showcasing various handicrafts and musical instruments. Appreciating the art and culture of Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state’s folk arts and folk artists possess immense talent. He noted that the artistic and cultural traditions of Madhya Pradesh closely resemble those of Chhattisgarh, and that artisans from both states are renowned across the country for their outstanding craftsmanship.

Offers Prayers at Maa Danteshwari Temple and Visits Science Centre

After the meeting, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav visited the Maa Danteshwari Temple in Dantewada and offered prayers for the well-being of all. During the visit and पूजा rituals, he interacted with several devotees. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also visited the Science Centre in Dantewada on Tuesday, where he explored various scientific exhibits and gained insights into the innovations on display.

While interacting with media representatives, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav described his visit as pleasant and memorable. He said that Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh were once a single state and that he had not previously had the opportunity to visit this region. The Central Zonal Council meeting also gave him an opportunity to witness the natural beauty of Bastar.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, both Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh are making rapid progress across all sectors of development. In accordance with the vision of Prime Minister Shri Modi, both states will continue to work consistently for the welfare of women, farmers, youth, and the poor.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed gratitude to Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma, other public representatives, and the administrative officials for the successful organisation of the Central Zonal Council meeting and for their warm hospitality.
