Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari Participates in Gram Rath Campaign Programme at Rajiyawas Pond Embankment
Jaipur, May 2026: Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari on Wednesday attended a Gram Rath Campaign programme organised at the embankment of Rajiyawas Pond in Beawar district and interacted with villagers.
The state government is conducting the LED mobile van-based Gram Rath Campaign with the objective of delivering information about public welfare schemes and development works directly to farmers, livestock rearers and people living in rural areas at the village level. The campaign began on April 27 and is being conducted across various villages for a period of 15 days.
Under the campaign, messages from the Chief Minister are also being conveyed to villagers through these mobile vans on different occasions. In addition, folk artists are spreading awareness about government schemes through songs, dramas and dance performances, making the programme both engaging and effective.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Mrs. Diya Kumari said that the state government is reaching villages through various campaigns to provide information about welfare schemes while also gathering suggestions from the public. She said the government’s primary objective is to ensure that every eligible person receives the benefits of government schemes and becomes connected with the mainstream of development.
She appealed to citizens to take advantage of their rights and help spread awareness about the schemes among as many people as possible.
During the programme, local MLA Mr. Shankar Singh Rawat expressed gratitude to the Deputy Chief Minister and praised the state government’s strict action against issues such as paper leaks, its efforts to ensure justice for youth, and initiatives aimed at reducing crimes against women.
