Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign Observed in Various Locations of Hnahthial District
Hnahthial : Today, the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign’—India’s nationwide cleanliness drive—was observed at various offices in Hnahthial District, with participants taking the ‘Swachhata Pledge’ (Cleanliness Pledge).
The Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign, which has been ongoing since 2017, aims to promote various cleanliness initiatives. This year’s campaign focuses on raising public awareness about the importance of cleanliness, encouraging greater public participation, identifying and cleaning up neglected areas (black spots), and appreciating the efforts of sanitary workers.
The campaign will continue until October 1, 2024, with this year’s theme being ‘Swabhav Swachhata – Sanskaar Swachhata’ (Natural Cleanliness – Good Manners Cleanliness).
